NDIS Independent Support Work

NDIS independent support work involves assisting participants with daily life, personal care, community access, and skill-building, focusing on independence, while adhering to the NDIS Code of Conduct, covering tasks like showering, cooking, transport, household chores, and social engagement, all tailored to individual NDIS plans. Independent workers (not registered providers) manage their own rates and work with self-managed participants, providing crucial, personalized support.
